Analytics

Track how readers interact with the Earpocket widget on your site.

Overview​

The analytics dashboard gives you visibility into widget engagement, audio usage, and content performance. Access it from any site's detail page by clicking View Analytics.

Accessing Analytics​

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on a site
  3. Click View Analytics

Date Range​

Use the date range selector at the top of the analytics page to filter data:

Overview Metrics​

The analytics page displays five key metrics as cards:

Widget Impressions​

The number of times the Earpocket widget was displayed on your site. This counts each page load where the widget appeared.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)​

The percentage of widget impressions that resulted in a click. A higher CTR indicates that your readers are finding the audio option appealing.

Articles Added​

The total number of articles that readers requested for audio conversion during the selected period.

Total Listens​

The number of times readers listened to audio episodes generated from your site's content.

Average Completion​

The average percentage of audio that listeners completed. This indicates how engaged your listeners are with the generated audio.

Top Articles​

Below the overview metrics, a table shows per-article performance:

Articles are sorted by most recent activity.

Empty State​

If your site has no analytics data yet, you'll see a prompt to install the widget. Make sure your embed code is installed correctly and readers are interacting with the widget.
